I help founders ship the thing.
After shipping six of my own AI products solo, I kept seeing founders stuck on the same gap: knowing what to build vs. having the capacity to ship it. Shipthane is that capacity — fixed price, weeks not quarters, code yours from day one.
Help founders ship technology that moves the needle.
Without the runaway costs, missed deadlines, and over-engineering that plague most development engagements. If your business doesn't grow because of what we built — I failed, regardless of how clean the code is.
Four principles that shape every project.
- 01
Outcomes over output
Lines of code, hours logged, story points — none of it matters if your business doesn't grow. I measure success by your metrics, not mine.
- 02
Fixed price by default
Time-and-materials engagements punish efficient teams. I commit to fixed-price, fixed-timeline scopes whenever possible. Surprises are my risk, not yours.
- 03
Ship weekly
Every project gets weekly demos and Slack-level access. If something is off, you'll know on day 7, not month 3.
- 04
Templates first, custom when needed
Reinventing the wheel is expensive. I keep a library of production-tested templates that get most projects 80% of the way there — leaving budget for the 20% that's actually unique to you.
Stack I trust in production.
Other stacks are negotiable. I'll match what your team runs if there's an existing codebase — but for greenfield, this is what ships fastest and ages best.
- Next.js + React 19 + TypeScript
- Supabase / Postgres + pgvector
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Vertex
- Stripe + Resend + PostHog
- Vercel + Cloudflare
What founders say it feels like.
“I've shipped six AI products solo. I've felt every pain — quotes that take months, agencies that disappear, code you can't touch. Shipthane is the version I wish existed when I was starting out.”
